ABOUT SHIFT

The RCCG SHIFT Talent Hunt is a talent competition organized by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Young Adults and Youth Affairs (YAYA). It is a platform for young people to showcase their talents and to be rewarded for their creativity and excellence. The RCCG SHIFT Talent Hunt is open to all young people between the ages of 13 and 45 who are members of the RCCG.

The competition is divided into different categories, including Music, dancing, and Unusual Creativity.

To participate in the RCCG SHIFT Talent Hunt,contestants must first Scale though an audition at their province Level. After this, the Contestant Competes at the regional Stage. where they are judged by a panel of experts, and the top contestants in each category are selected to compete in the International SHIFT. The international SHIFT is typically held during the RCCG Annual Youth Convention. The finalists compete in front of a live audience and a panel of judges. The winners in each category are awarded prizes and cash rewards.The RCCG SHIFT Talent Huntis more than just a talent competition. It is also an opportunity for young people to connect with each other and to be inspired by each other's talents. The competition is a platform for young people to express themselves creatively and to share their gifts with the world.

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Young Adults and Youth Affairs (YAYA) is the umbrella body for all young adults and youths in the RCCG worldwide. It is responsible for the spiritual, social, and economic development of young people in the church.
